Revenue Statistics
The Revenue Statistics page in the Developers Console shows your app's ad revenue, ad inventory, fill rate, and performance by country, window, ad size, and ad container. Hover over any tile, chart, or table column to see its definition and exact calculation.
The new Revenue Statistics dashboard is in Beta and opens by default. To see the legacy dashboard, press Switch back to the legacy view at the top of the page. The legacy dashboard stays open, including when you refresh or reopen the page, until you press Try the new dashboard to return to the Beta dashboard.
Overwolf retires the legacy dashboard after the Beta and announces the retirement date in advance in the Developers Console and in the changelog. To find where each legacy chart and table moved, see Legacy dashboard.
Explore this data with the AI Helper. Press Ask about your data at the bottom right of the page and ask why your revenue moved, how you compare to the platform benchmark, or where your biggest growth opportunity is. You can also type your own question. For more information, see Ask About Your Data.
Key metrics
Four tiles at the top of the page show yesterday's values, each compared with the same day last week:
- Revenue: gross ad revenue.
- ARPDAU: average revenue per daily active user.
- RPS: revenue per session.
- CPM: revenue per 1,000 impressions.
Revenue trends
- Daily Ads Revenue: gross and net revenue per day, with a seven-day rolling average line that smooths out day-of-week swings. Filter by country.
- Month to Date Revenue: this month's revenue up to yesterday, compared with the same days last month and the same month last year. Filter by country.
- Ads Revenue - Year over Year: each of the last 13 months compared with the same month a year earlier. Filter by country.
Ad inventory and fill rate
- Daily Ad Inventory & Fill Rate: the number of ad opportunities your app created each day, how many were filled with an impression, and the resulting fill rate. Filter by window and country.
Opportunities data is available from late July 2026. In a 90-day view, earlier days show no opportunities data.
Monetization per user
- Daily Average Revenue per DAU: daily ARPDAU in one chart, with a country filter and a benchmark line that shows the average of comparable apps. The country filter includes combined US and Non-US options.
- Monetized Users Ratio by Window: the share of daily active users with at least one ad attempt, per window. The higher the ratio, the better monetized the window. A window with ads disabled shows 0%, as expected. A low ratio on a window with ads enabled is worth investigating. Common causes are the window opening without the ads SDK loading, or the window opening in the background and never becoming visible to the user.
- Average Ad Container Open Time: the average time an ad container stays open, per window, per day.
Performance breakdowns
- Country Performance: average DAU, sessions, opportunities, impressions, gross and net revenue, ARPDAU, and RPS per country, including combined US and Non-US rows. Search the table to find a specific country.
- Window Performance: sessions, opportunities, impressions, gross and net revenue, and RPS for each app window. Filter by country.
- Ad Size Performance: impressions, gross and net revenue, CPM, and share of revenue for each ad size. Filter by country.
Detailed data
- Daily Ads Metrics: daily data broken down by date, ad size, country, window, and container, with gross and net revenue. To see results per ad placement, set a container ID on your ad units. For more information, see OwAd Container ID for Native apps (
containerId) or owadview Container ID for Electron apps (cid). - Monthly Ads Metrics: monthly opportunities, impressions, gross and net revenue, adjustments, CPM, MAU, and ARPMAU (average revenue per monthly active user) in one table. Filter by country and window.
Opportunities data is available from late July 2026. Earlier months in Monthly Ads Metrics show no opportunities data.
Understanding gross and net revenue
Gross revenue is ad revenue before the Overwolf revenue share. Net revenue is ad revenue after the revenue share.
The headline metrics are based on gross revenue: the Revenue, ARPDAU, RPS, and CPM tiles, Month to Date Revenue, and Ads Revenue - Year over Year. Net revenue appears next to gross revenue in Daily Ads Revenue and in every performance and metrics table.
Your payout isn't affected. Final figures appear on your monthly invoices.
In the legacy dashboard, Month to Date Revenue and the year over year chart showed net revenue, so the same chart shows higher values in the Beta dashboard.
Video and display ads in the unified auction
Every ad opportunity in your app goes into a unified auction, where video and display demand compete for the same opportunity and the highest-paying ad wins. Because the ad format is decided in real time for each opportunity, the dashboard has no separate Video and Display sections. It focuses on the metrics you can influence: opportunities, fill rate, ARPDAU, and RPS, broken down by country, window, and ad container.
