Month to Date Revenue

Returns cumulative ads revenue for each day of this month up to yesterday, with the same days last month and the same month last year, for the selected country. This is the data behind the Month to Date Revenue chart, which shows gross revenue. Returns one row per day per period.

The response has both gross and net values.

The response is a JSON object with a columns array and a rows array. Each row has these fields:

`country`	Country identifier for `country_name`.
`app_id`	Your app UID.
`updated_at`	When the data was last updated.
