DxDiag
The DxDiag (DirectX Diagnostic Tool) is an tool found on any Windows computer which runs a series of diagnostics to gather crucial information about your system's hardware, operating system, and DirectX components. This information can be saved to a text file (the DxDiag log, or DxDiag.txt) which you can submit to Overwolf technical support in cases where there is suspected hardware conflicts or driver issues.
To use the DxDiag:
- Press Windows Key + R, or in the Windows taskbar Search box, type
DxDiag. The application should open. - Navigate through the app using the category tabs, or the Next page button.
- Press Save all information to save the DxDiag results to a file. In the folder picker, select the path of your choice.
In the DxDiag log it is important to check the following:

- Overwolf minimum requirements—make sure the following meet the minimum requirements :
- Operating System
- Storage
- Graphics API support
- .NET
